WiFi and Bluetooth Not working

Hi, i have a Sony Xperia z3 and the WiFi and Bluetooth is not working. Im trying to turn it on but nothing happens. I already changer the antenna, made a factory reset and same issue. The 3G/4G, mobile data, works fine. Can you help ? Thank you in advance

Wifi and Bluetooth address are missing in my mobile.. Wifi and Bluetooth are not oning in my sony Xperia z3 and FM Radio is also not working after oning the FM Radio mobile getting restarted
