Eclipse portable music players are notorious for having problems associated with not turning on. Unfortunately it’s not a clear cut solution as to what’s causing your problem. Your probably experiencing an issue associated with the actual charging port being damage or a faulty battery. Please refer to the troubleshooting guide.
