How can I load the operating system on a new hard drive

My old hard disk died, I bought a new one and installed it myself! Where can I get the download of the operating system. I put the new HD in and turned on the computer. On the screen was displayed: Error 1962 no operating system. I don't have a source for this information.

Download the tool

Run it

This will allow you to download the relevant ISO file

Use that to create a USB or DVD install media.

Boot from that install on the new drive.
