Why do I have blue outlined rectangles bouncing all over my screen,?
My iPhone 6 has just started bouncing blue outlined boxes to each segment of my screen from top to bottom and then repeats
Is this a good question?

loejstrin, Found this fix searching through some forums and cell guide, you may have accidentally turned on the voice over feature on iOS.
There are 2 ways to turn off the voice over feature on iOS, Tap on your Home Button 3 times quickly (Triple-click) until the blue box disappears.
2nd way has you go into Settings > General > Accessibility see link below for all instructions. Good luck.
I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button.

Thank you so much! I did find the same thing you did, and cleared it up a bit ago. I just cannot figure out how I set it off in the first place.
Thank you so so much this has been going on for ever and it was so annoyed with it and I didn’t think other people had this same problem
Same thing happened on my iPhone 11. A colored, rectangular box encircled whatever IT deemed the most important info. The words “back”, “return”, “select”. It was MAKING ME NUTS! THEN, I did some Googling, saw that touching the home button three times might fix it. iPhone 11. No home button. . Instead, I pushed in the main, right side control bar three times and… THE RECTANGLES DISAPPEARED! I am so happy now. Thanks!
