Why is my huawei not turning on...

My Huawei ascend g7 doesn't switch on and it shows a red light when charging..someone mentioned that the phone itself has no power so it needs a power supply board..where can I get one from...it probably has to be shipped to me as I am in South africa and cannot find one around here..thanks!

I have to charge battery and the power reach up to 3.6V but the behaviour still the same.

Please confirm the model number of the phone?

Also does it still do this with the charger connected?
