Carol, If still under warranty contact the manufacturer( see link below for some interesting info. on how customers are getting an exchange).
According to some of the forums I have read, a new screen is not readily available as manufacturer is not selling or making parts available, you could search E bay, Amazon, etc for used replacement screen.
