Temp drops in freezer when ice makers turned on

I have a 6 year old Samsung French door refrigerator with bottom freezer and 2 ice makers. The refrigerator and freezer work fine as long as the ice makers are turned off. When ice makers are turned on freezer temperature drops at least 20 degrees and the freezer frosts up and ices over.

Any ideas on troubleshooting would be appreciated.
