Problem on take of

Aftet crashing my Phamtom 3 profesional, I have problem in turning on the air craft for take of in the air. But there is no problem within the remote control, I can use the camera, videos and even the calibration of GPS is proerly working. When I try to turn-on the engine there is pup-uping message saying "Status error: try to turn off the aircraft and turn-on, when the error continues contact the DJI support" something like that the message, and i tried the first one but still there is the problem.. Please help..
