How can I change the lock screen color of my Asus laptop?

Hi,

I just got an Asus laptop, and my dad set it up with the default lock screen color (dark blue). Is there a way to change that color? I can't seem to find a way to.

Not really a big deal, I'd just prefer a different color. Thanks.

I believe it's Windows 8.1. :)
