oisinfog , Create a soapy cleaning solution by squirting dish soap(Dawn dish soap, or other grease-fighting dish soap). Hot water in a bucket of clean water and agitating until bubbles form. Hot water is ideal because it will help to dissolve the oil stain. Dip the sponge or scouring pad in the soapy water, start working on the grease stains.

For stubborn areas or to get tiny cracks or crevices, use the toothbrush,Change water and repeat as often as needed until the plastic is clean.

If very stubborn try making a baking soda paste with water and apply it to the discolored plastic. Let it sit and work for twenty or thirty minutes, and then clean the plastic with a moist cloth. Wash, rinse, and dry. Link below may also have ideas to try. Good luck.

I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button.

To wash, use warm soapy water manufacturer recommends for cleaning.

I've washed mine with dishwashing liquid used generously under running warm water. That didn't remove the greasy oil spots completely, but at least they vanished a little and got brighter.

Does this still apply to UE Booms? Is this method you're using for a white UE? I have a white one and I've been searching for ways to clean it!
