Hi,

Have you checked that the Auto Off setting in the printer is disabled?

How are you connected to your network, wireless or Ethernet cable? If wireless what is the make and model of your router and has it been changed recently?

Yes, that happens a lot. Try turning off your printer and computer, then check that they are both on the same WiFi. Check to see that "Use Printer Offline" isn't turned on in the settings.
