Replacing rear camera lens-how to remove existing?

Ok ive seen a few videos refering to a guy using a knife to cut around the rear camera lens and then it "pops" out. This seems to be bs. The existing lens is not budging, pushing from inside face of phone hasnt moved it.

Whats the best way to get the existing lens (including steel ring) out?

Thanks

Paul, may have to use a little heat from heat gun/hairdryer. Rear lens appears to be press fit with possibly touch of sealant holding it. In the attached video it show the person pushing the lens out with a sharpy marker using moderate force to push out and the second one shows the method you referred to, using heat and utility knife blade. Check the attached video link, instruction and guide, Good luck
