Why does my power wire have a voltage drop

I'm only getting 8Volts at amp but 14.4 at fuse coming off battery. I have 2 capacitors that reads 14.4 till I turn on radio then it flashes 0.

sounds like a bad cap. Try running direct from battery (leave you inline fuse in) and see if you get 14 at the amp then. If you do, try one cap at a time to find the bad one. If you don't get 14 straight from the battery, replace your inline fuse as it is possible, but not likely, the it could be halfway blown and doing weird things.

Thanks Josh. It was a bad cap.

Found my problem. 1 bad cap and power wire at fuse was burned up. Due to loose connection, so I put another lock nut on it. It won't happen again.
