stays on blu wont upload

An Android 4.4.2 smartphone released November 1, 2014.

Options

My blu studio 7.0 stays on Blu, and wont uplaod

I tried hard reset combination, yet it only gives following options:

volume up to select . volume down is ok.

[Recovery mode]

[Fastboot mode]

[Normal Boot]

None of these options will make it uplaod

You need a computer, firmware, and MTK Flashtools and about 30 min. I can help if you like.
