Flash on turns off my camera Why?
I turn on my cameras flash and it shuts down my camera? Can I fix it?

mrsmayor, ensure batteries are good and fully charged, replace batteries if old or at least have tested. If batteries are good, remove them for 10 minutes to reset camera and try. If problem persist there may be an internal problem on the board which would have to be diagnosed and estimate for repair at a good camera shop.
I did post a link to your cameras manual, which I checked through but did not find a solution, maybe would not hurt for you to have a look in case I missed something. Good luck.
