My iPod cant be formatted
my iPod cant be seen on iTunes i have tryed to format it on windows and mac,and their some files which wont open on it

Hi,
to format it via Windows is not the propper way. Use the combinations given in this link to set the iPod to disk mode. Then connect to a PC running iTunes then restore it via itunes and it should be seen again.
