H2o mop x5 not working
Power connected, no calcification water filled. It just won't work.

Hi,
Is the power led glowing red when you turn it on? Does it turn green after a while? If it does neither then there is a problem with the power supply circuit in the unit.
Has it worked before and if so how long have you had the unit? If less than 12 months make a claim for a warranty repair/replacement from the manufacturer.

Is there a way to know if it is still in warranty if Im not the original purchaser?

You may have to contact the manufacturer's customer service section, but usually warranties are not transferable unless it is stated in the warranty document itself.
