Even though I have my phone set on 'Always Interrupt', my incoming calls are sent to my voice mail outgoing message. Sometimes it might ring one short ring before going to my voice mail, but more often than not it does not ring at all before the calls are routed to voice mail. This causes me to miss calls. I use this phone for business and cannot afford to miss calls. What can be done to fix this problem?
