Kill switch disabled after hard reset
After hard reset, it said kill switch is disabled? Im now more lost? Lol

Hi,
Can you start your phone OK and if so are you locked out because you forgot the pin etc?
Did you have a McAfee A/V app installed on the phone?
If so go to the McAfee mobile security website, click on the support link at the bottom of the page, then click on Contact Technical Support, fill out the form and select the "chat'' option to explain your problem. Hopefully they can reset your pin.
If not with McAfee then with some other A/V software provider perhaps.
Some A/V apps do not allow a hard reset to reset the screen lock provisions.
