Hi, Are both or all the speakers of whatever your audio setup is, working, i.e. TV or stereo sound system etc? What is the setup with the DVD player, player and TV or player and TV and stereo sound system etc.? Has it worked properly before or is this a new setup? Have you tried another DVD disc to see if it works? Is the disc type compatible with the player?
