I have a problem with my tv , i think a power surge hit it, when i tunred on the power led light blink 2 times and went off , and i dont have picture or sound

@charbel20 sounds like a power board issue. Remove the back of your TV and take a look at the boards. Post some images of your boards with your question. Use this guidefor that. That way we can see what you see. Check the power board as outlined in the diagrams. Let us know what you find.

i have added the photos of my back tv
@charbel20 excellent. Now get the multimeter oout and see what you get on those. If you have trouble with that, let us know.
i have tested the power pin,please check picture with red number, i have 18 pins board and i have tested the 9 top pins.
in standby mode , 2 pins only gave me 3v , in the picture is number 2 and 3
in power on mode :
pin1 3v
pin2 3v
pin3 3v
pin4 0v
pin5 24v
pin6 0v
pin7 11v
pin8 11v
pin9 0v
PS : the power led blink 3 times and went black ,not 2 times

I have this issue with an LG 65, I replaced the power board still won't turn on... What could be the issue?
