Try a hard reset. Maybe you haven't wiped everything.
If it does work all your user files and downloaded apps will have been erased. The phone will be restored to a factory default condition. It will be like when you first bought it.
Since you don't say what particular One Touch model you have the procedure is slightly different but essentially the same, if you follow me.
Here are two hopefully one will work for you.

Press and hold down the Volume up key and the Power button at the same time until a menu screen appears.
Press the Volume up button to highlight Recovery, then press the Volume down key to select.
Press the Power button to select the language you would prefer.
Use the Volume down key to navigate to wipe data/factory reset.
Press the Power button to select this option.
Press Volume down to select "Yes -- delete all user data".
Press Power button to select.
Press the Power button to select reboot system now.
The phone will reset.

Turn the phone off.
Press and hold Volume up and Power buttons until the reset interface appears on the screen.
Touch the desired language.
Touch wipe data/factory reset.
Touch Yes -- delete all user data.
The phone will now wipe all contents.
Touch reboot system now.
