virus installed on phone want it remove free what to do please

My ZTE phone have four virus how do you get them out. second problem the screen wont type, third problem cant move up or down 929-304-9129

@vouryou, Try downloading this app to fix your issue: Malwarebytes Security: Antivirus & Anti-Malware

If the phone is incapable of opening the play store to download the app, you will have to perform a factory reset. If possible, back your data.

Use this method if you can't do it from backup & reset in settings:

  1. With the device turned off, press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons until the ZTE logo screen appears, then release.
  2. Press the Volume down button to highlight wipe data/factory reset.
  3. Press the Power button to select.
