Problem with camera after changing the battery

Did someone change the battery of htc m7 and have some problem with app stock of camera? I've already done with factory reset on setting but no success and even using htc's test *#*#3424#*#*

Which camera front or back? The rear camera is connected using the similar flex connectors on the main board.

i dont really know but a person did it for me. so i dont know what he has made. anyway both cameras dont work using the stock application
