Hi,
Try connecting an external monitor and see what the display is like.
If the external monitor display is OK, you have either a faulty video cable, faulty video cable connection at either end or a faulty LCD screen.
If the external monitor display is also distorted then you have a problem with the GPU or the motherboard.
As GPUs in laptops are either mounted on the motherboard or integrated with the CPU it most probably means that you will have to replace the motherboard.
