Opening the case of a Dremel Model 8200

I need help opening the case of my dremel 8200 to replace the motor. I can unscrew the screws and remove the collar at the front, but there is a metal tab at the rear that I can't see how to get out.

Hi, Jeff. To open the case, you will need to unscrew the 5 torx screws and take apart the metallic hanging. There are two internal boards (sliding potentiometer plus SCR), which are replaced as a unit. Mine device has one of the boards blowed up after some intense use (overheating) and I have bought the replacement at Tool Parts (Omaha-NE) and since there it worked fine (now paying attention to not overheat it). May be it would be interesting to measure the motor (DC) before declaring it guilty. Hope this helps you. If you need pictures I am available to send them (through email).
