iPhone 6 home button problem

Hello

I"ve got à iPhone 6 with home button problem. The original home button was damaged so i changed it for à new one.

But when i turn the phone on with the home button flex cabel not connected there is no problem works fine. When i connect the home button screen fall away and phone fell out.

I cant turn on the phone anymore but when i disconnect te home button flex it turns on normal way

Anyone ideas?

its the long flex from the home button to the motherboard. the connection between the home button and the long flex is damaged. replace the long flex and it should work.
