Fake Paper Jam Issue. Epson WF-7511.

I got new cartridges and after the head and nozzle cleaning I was going through the alignment process. It did no go through and started giving me a paper jam issue, I removed the tray and the back tray but there was no paper stuck anywhere. Now I have checked all of my printer and there is not even a sign of a tiny piece of paper anywhere. It still however gives me the Paper Jam error.

Can someone help me fix this?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Have you restarting it? If you did and still have the error, it may be a blown fuse somewhere that prevents a motor from homing after an error. Have you tried searching for a service manual in the web? There should be one out there and you just have to be careful downloading stuff.

@diabolicboy take out all of the ink cartridges and power off. After a short while turn the printer on and see if it tells you to repalce the cartridges. Then reinstall those and let us know what you get.

Great !

Work for me on epson WF-3620 as crazy it could be.

I spent hours before to check all sensors in the paper way, and this cartridges trick allow the system to be back on track. This paper jam error message is not describing a real issue. just life !#^& off… thanks to Murphy law.

Thanks again oldturkey03
