ipad won't charging and won't start
hey guys, help me please my ipad mini 1 won't charging then the apple sign always popping out then go back again on charging sign.

You have a bad battery. I have come across this issue a lot at my shop. iPhone's as well as iPad's require a good battery to boot up.
