Headphone jack doesn't work

Hello, my headphone jack doesn't work, if I connect headphones, it's the same as I don't connect anything.

I tried to replace the charging dock (which is with headphone jack), no success.

any idea?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

I assume you've tried another set of headphones to ensure that that is not the problem. You might also check the obvious culprits such as that the volume is turned up for the particular source you are using in the phone's mixer, and that Bluetooth has been temporarily turned off to ensure that the phone doesn't think it's supposed to be talking over Bluetooth rather than over the headphone jack. Other than that it's likely the jack has failed and if so there's no choice other than getting the phone repaired

Hello. Much time passed but I eventually received the charging dock.

I did what said. I put volume on the maximum, bluetooth off, no sound via aux. inly speakers.

So I replaced the charging dock. The phone charges well, but still no sound via aux. if i connect many headphones or just aux cables, the phone keep playing by speakers like it doesn't recognize the aux port.

You just need to buy a short 3.5 mm mini jack male to male cable cord that will connect the headphones with the adapter.
