Hey, i recently put my iphone 5c on charge, it was a faulty cord but i started to smell smoke.. i unplugged it and yeah how much would it cost to fix it??

The cost of the repair isn't something that anyone here can quote without seeing the phone. It could be something as simple as a bad battery but more than likely its a filter or IC that blew. The smoke is the part that makes me question it being an IC or filter. I can't say I have ever seen one of them give off enough smoke to be able to notice it....but I guess its possible?
I would pull the screen and inspect your battery. See if its bloated or torn or leaking. If it is, its a very cheap and easy fix. If that doesn't work, take it to a reputable local shop.

iT DOES NOT SOUND SO GOOD, YOU CAN CALL APPLE, SEE WHAT THEY'D CHARGE YOU, BUT IF IT SMOKED IT'S PROBABLY FRIED NEARLY EVERYTHING IN THE PHONE... I THINK IT WOULD BE CHEAPER TO POSSIBLY BUY A NEW ONE... CHECK WITH A LOCAL APPLE QUALIFIED REPAIR CENTER, LOCAL SHOP ALSO....
