Why does it tell me my internal memory is full?

When I turn my camera on, it automatically pops up that my internal memory is full. It's like it's not reading the SD card.

Hi,

Is the internal memory full then? Can you clear the internal memory, (save anything stored on it first )? Is your SD card OK? Can you read the SD Card in a card reader connected to a PC?
