Why is my iPhone 6 Plus stuck in boot loop
iPhone screen and battery has been replaced, the iPhone won't power on unless it's on charger and when it does it boot loops

Did you replace the battery and screen yourself? If so, I would take it back apart and check the battery connector. You're describing the symptoms of an improperly connected battery, but it might also result from a faulty battery. If you try to power it on while unplugged, does the battery symbol come up?

No, it doesn’t but still in a bootloop

I repair phones and the phone came on and it stayed on 1% once unplugged and turned back on its at 100% and dies
