Remove internal SanDisk and then access data on it?

My Nexus 5 is broken and I'd like to remove the internal SanDisk from the mainboard in order to somehow get access to its content. Any chance to get this done without erasing the memory?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

It is not booting anymore.

Always is stuck at the initial Google screen and then switches off. :-(

Perhaps there is another way to reset the device without loosing the SanDisk's content like photos and movies??
