Some Keys do not move on touch
My piano is brand new. Keys on the right do not move at all. Can you help please?

Hi,
I suggest that as your piano is "brand new" that you contact the manufacturer's customer service section for your location (as per the instructions in the warranty document provided with the piano) regarding a warranty repair or service.
