CD Stuck Inside Optical Drive While Open

I work for The Salvation Army in Iowa City and tonight one of our kids from our programs managed to open the optical drive with the disk remaining inside. As a result the drive won't close and the disk will not come out??? I followed your instructions on how to take out the optical drive, however I still not know how to get into the optical drive to get the disk out.

Please help us get this system back up and running for our kids.

You would have to open the dvd drive also should just be a couple screws on the case

just take the optitcal drive out and take the 4 top screws out there well be two tabs on the side you half to bend them out then the metal lid will pop out then every thing from there well be easy
