Jbl pulse 2Buttons not working and sensor flash stays on

I really need help solving this problem I recently bought the jbl pulse 2 until the next day I found that the buttons are not working and the sensor keeps the flash on.

I had to return it for a replacement. Case of DOA (dead on arrival).
