Pull the screen off by unscrewing the two screws on the bottom of the phone (use the ifixit guides if you need guidance) and use a small suction cup to pull the screen. there are 3 connectors in the top right of the phone. reseat all of these, then reset the phone (put the screen back on, hold the lock and home buttons for 10 seconds, then release the home button and you should see it light up again). hopefully this fixes it. if not, I'd get a new screen assembly.
