Moving pictures from one album to another

Hi. Ok, now I know my question isn't exactly related to fixing things etc but I would love some help.

Long story short, I use an iphone 4 and my media almost nearly got full and I NEEDED to free up some space. Now I have a usb and all but still I couldn't move the pictures (the problem is that I have 2500+ pictures and that's what takes so much space or else I have 3 and ONLY 3 apps!) because my charger wire somewhat doesn't connect to my laptop. I'm guessing that I have to plug in the usb looking wire from my charger onto my laptop right? So that I can connect it into itunes and then all of my pictures might appear...Ish? I hope I don't sound stupid but I don't know much about apple.

But anyways I can't move A SINGLE picture and currently I have like 50 MB left!

I decided to send most of the pictures at the top of my camera roll onto my mom's phone using whatsapp and then open an album in her camera roll for those pictures. ALSO she has 30+ gb space so that's ok.

It's a long process but like Yea.

Now my real question is is there anyway I can move all the pictures in the 'camera roll' onto another album but like permanently?

Because when I send the pictures to another album, it only gets copied and doesn't permanently move!

I deleted a picture from the camera roll and next thing you know it got deleted from the album too so I lost a picture:/:(

So is there a way to move it permanently cause it's a ton of pictures and its quite annoying when the camera roll is filled with pixs from my phone.
