Can Anyone Identify This Mystery Capacitor?

I have a 2010 A1278 13" MacBook Pro Unibody that a customer spilled a drink on. I cleaned it out and it works perfectly when it does turn on but does not charge. Unfortunately it only turns on when it feels like it. I was poking around with my ESR meter and LCR meter. There is a light brown device on the underside of the board right next to the TDK 6T213HF (under the ethernet port) that looks like a typical SMD capacitor but measures as an open circuit. It measures 3mm x 1.5mm x 1mm. Can anyone verify that it is a capacitor and what value it is? Thanks.

A lot of smd fuses look identical to the smd caps, is there a silkscreen designation next to it?

Unfortunately, the PC board is completely black with no markings at all.
