win10 install touchscreen not working

Hi I have done clean install win10 from the flash drive option. It installed but now the touchscreen doesnt work properly i have upgraded all drivers and updates.It will work with wireless keyboard any body have an answer please.

I assume there are drivers somewhere or software to fix.
