keep restarting and crashing

My iPhone 6plus keep restarting and cashing ,I've replace the battery but it keeps doing that like it would stay on for a lil while then keep crashing my cover is missing also would that cost my iPhone to preform such actions

What cover are you talking about missing? Sounds to me like you got a damaged battery or your charging port is not allowing the proper voltage to get to the battery. Typically, a boot loop on an iPhone is caused by a battery issue.

I already change the battery and its a small cover that's protect some wires don't know the name of it

that cover, if it's the one I'm thinking about, is just to hold the connections for the charging port and battery securely in place.

Yeah that's the cover their its design to protect some wires

Or it simply just keeps the ribbon cables plugged in when the phone suffers shock / phone is dropped.

Do you have anything ,that I could send you a video of the phone so you could see what I'm talking about when I say it keeps restarting and crashing

Try once to restore the phone with iTunes in DFU mode. Sometimes it will work, specially if you already tried with couple of new batteries.
