Why it keep up saying error network when I turn it one?

when I turn it on, it appear saying

network software 2010 mac_prep ID=0xFFFFFFFF Msg+0x00000013 Loc=0x00000000, Error setting hw adress of network int

it keeps up appearing those words and I can't do anything

Options

Although old, the manual for this device states for this error to press "OK" to clear the error then restart the machine. The manual can be found here (pdf file)
