Does the Late 2013 Mac work with a 6 pin Retina Display?

Hello,

can I install the Retina Display from early 2013? I know the Camera would not work due to the 6 pin cable but would the screen work?

Thank you

Thanks! So it is 100% not working or just the Camera? (cause the only difference between the models are the 6 and 12 pin cable. and the cable is for the front camera or am i wrong?)

I really don't know. When I see a part is not compatible I believe it and don't waste my time pursuing it further.
