Prestigio tablet dead battery wont charge after replacing usb dock.

so... mini-usb socket was wiggling and all but i've managed to charge it because it was always on so i could easily see battery icon and i would dance and do gymnastics with my tablet until i could see that battery is charging, then i would leave my tablet in that exact position... it worked for almost a year. but all good things come to an end. i forgot to charge it once and it drained out... because it drained out i was no longer able to immediatly see wheather tablet is charging or not (litteraly immediately because it was like kama sutra while i was chargin tablet)...

so i then thought that the problem is in usb port... no problem i replace it and its all good. but tablet was out for couple of months now so the main problem is:

I conneect tablet to wall socket (previously i tried to see wheather everything is connected and whether the current can conduct and its all good) but tablet screen is dead.. no light no nothing... i ve been charging it for couple of hours and nothing... then i tried to heat the battery (i read that by doing that i can jump start battery or smthing but didnt work)

secondly and i think this is important charger (in the wall socket) is getting hot so obviously some electricity is being transfered to somwhere...

in case it is important battery is 3.7 v 4700 maH and its one of those batteries that are attached to tablet casing and i cant get to plus-minus so i cant jumpstart it the way i was hoping i could...

please help me.. i feel like the whole electronic system is collapsing around me (playstation, mobile, tablet, laptop...) :(
