My screen is blank. Where can I get a new screen?

The tutorials to replace a blank screen don't say where to get a new screen, or if the current one can be made to be used again, or even how to replace it. It just shows how to disassemble the phone

I see that your recommendation would be a way to clean the screen but how would I be able to see all the usual screen information which is missing?
