Can I fix the metal Conductors on the back of the display?

So i tried to install that Led apple Logo lighting pack.I removed the tape covering the 4 metal Conductors next to the earpiece, which are connected to the Display cable.I started scraping the glue off with a metal tool. After turning on my phone i go ta black screen. While i closed the phone the screen biefly lit up and then turned black again.

Do i replace the whole screen or is there a way to replace the cable the conductors are sitting on?
