damage on the motherboard

Hi to all, my friend brought me this motherboard...he told me he bought it from the guy who swares that it was working... When computer tries to boot, the motherborad starts but then restarts again, in couple of seconds, no picture no nothing... I tried to examine it closely and first it seems that it was fine, but later i noticed that the guy who sold it to my friend probobly damaged it. I believe with the screwdriver ... the question is, is this damage "big enough" to cause mailfunction of the motherboard. I attached the photos...you can see the cooper is damaged but i dont see anywhere that it is splitted or cutted in two parts or something...Any help on what to do next is appreciated...

I would be surprised if this would cause a full faulty main board... copper is damaged , ok, but still, you have contact .

No fault beeps?

what i would do : reset BIOS/Uefi , try again

try with other graphic card : so no on board graphics.

or try to measure out. clean lead with isopropyl ( just in case)

try other ram and this in all the ram banks..

did you measurte out the BIOS battery?

it sounds like the pcb doesn't get enough power.. maybe an other power supply?

or measure PCB out when on power?
