I tried to restart my tablet but things turned out bad and it took to the hard-reset menu. And I don't want to do the hard-reset because I would lose all my data. That's why I chose to reboot it.

I had this problem with my device. I went to T-moblie for help but they couldn't help. I bought two dollars worth tool kit used to open watch. I got back home and take the device apart. Unplugged all the chips and put it back together and device rebooted on fine.
