My tv turn off n on over n over
My sony 50in tv turns off and the green stand by light blinks 45 times and then the tv turns back on again. It does this over and over why??

The blinking light is a diagnostic mode the TV enters when a problem is detected. A power reset is re commended:
1. Unplug the TV from power.
2. Wait 60 seconds.
3. Plug the tv back in, use a wall outlet.
and/ or you can try a factory reset:
Turn on the TV. While holding the up arrow button on the remote control, press the POWER button on the TV. (The TV will turn itself off, then back on again.) Release the up arrow button.
